Privacy Policy

How FlyingCarAI collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 2026-10-17

Introduction

FlyingCarAI ("we", "us") makes short AI videos from photos you upload. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the website at flyingcaraivideo.org (the "service"), why, and what you can do about it.

Information We Collect

  1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
  2. Content You Provide and Generate — The photos you upload, the videos the service generates for you, and any records our content moderation produces about them. Photos of people are personal data; only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it.
  3. Usage Data — Information about how you use the service, such as the effects you open and how often. To understand how visitors find the service, we keep a random analytics identifier in your browser's local storage and record with it how you arrived (the page you first opened, the referring site and any campaign tag) and when sign-in or pricing was shown to you. When you sign in, the identifier is linked to your account; it is replaced with a new one when you sign out or switch accounts. We keep these records for 13 months and the link for as long as your account exists and a record remains, and we delete both when your account is deleted. The identifier stays in your browser until you clear this site's data.
  4. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used for compatibility and performance.
  5. Device and Network Identifiers — Your IP address, recorded with your sign-in sessions. At signup we also record a first-party device identifier together with your IP address and its network prefix, and — at the moment you click sign in or sign up, or choose an account in the Google One Tap prompt — a browser fingerprint derived from characteristics such as canvas and WebGL rendering, installed fonts and hardware attributes. The device identifier is a random value we issue, not something read off your device; we keep a copy of it in your browser's local storage and restore it if the cookie is cleared, for up to two years after your last visit. Those signup records hold only keyed pseudonyms, never the values themselves. We keep them to detect and investigate abusive or fraudulent account creation; they are never used on their own to refuse sign-up or access. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse, and the records are deleted when your account is deleted.
  6. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
  7. Payment Information — Billing details handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the service.
  • Generate the videos you request, by sending your uploaded photo and the effect's instructions to the AI model providers that produce them.
  • Moderate content for compliance with our policies and applicable law.
  • Respond to support requests and conduct administrative review, by authorized personnel.
  • Process purchases and send related confirmations.
  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
  • Improve the service, using account, usage, device, and cookie data. We do not use your photos or generated videos to train AI models.

Who Can See Your Videos

Every video you generate is private to your account. FlyingCarAI has no public gallery, and we do not show your uploads or videos to other visitors.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

  • With the AI model providers that generate your videos, and with the moderation services that review content. These providers handle the content we send them under their own terms.
  • With service providers who help us operate the service (hosting, storage, email and payments), under confidentiality obligations.
  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. To request any of these, or account deletion, email us at the address below. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing it.

When an account is deleted, we revoke access and erase or anonymize account content and identifiers. We may retain a pseudonymous account reference and limited transaction records where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and legal compliance. Those retained records are stripped of account profile details and are no longer available through the deleted account.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
