How FlyingCarAI is sold

FlyingCarAI sells one-time credit packs. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews. Credits from a pack do not expire.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask for this.

Refunds for credit packs

Because credits are spent on AI processing that cannot be undone, purchased credit packs are generally not refundable once any of their credits have been used.

You may request a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. We may also review other requests, for example a duplicate purchase or a charge you did not make, and we will handle every request in line with applicable consumer law.

Refunds will not be granted where we detect abuse of refund requests or fraudulent behavior.

How to request a refund

Email support@flyingcaraivideo.org from the address on your account, with the date of the purchase and the reason for your request. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page.
